Exclusive Program for Experiential (Informal) Jewish Educators
About the Program
The Jewish Agency, together with the Pincus Fund, is excited to offer a hands-on professional development journey designed especially for experiential (informal) Jewish educators who engage learners with the complex realities of Israel today.
Over the course of four months — including a five-day immersive seminar in Israel — participants will deepen their understanding of Israel and the Jewish world, add new and creative tools and approaches to their educational toolkit, and gain confidence in leading meaningful, sometimes challenging, conversations.
This program also nurtures a vibrant community of practice, connecting experiential educators from around the world to share ideas, support one another, and together explore the big questions shaping Jewish life and Israel education today.
The Program

Five day Seminar in Israel.

Six virtual sessions: two prior to the seminar (beginning January 2026) and four sessions after the seminar (concluding in April 2026).

Build a strong, meaningful, and supportive cohort.

Development of an educational project to significantly strengthen your professional framework.

Israel education programming.
Who should apply:

Informal Jewish educators from Europe, Canada, the FSU, South Africa, United Kingdom, Australia and Latin America.

Advanced English language proficiency is a must.

This program is for those employed within an educational setting -- not volunteers nor lay-leadership.
