She'arim: Exclusive Program for Jewish School Educators

The Jewish Agency, in partnership with Israel's Ministry of Education, is proud to offer a comprehensive professional development program empowering Jewish educators to address the complex realities of Israel today.

This six-month program, which includes a 5-day seminar in Israel, strengthens educators' knowledge base and pedagogical skills, builds their confidence in navigating difficult conversations, and creates a supportive community of practice, facilitating collaboration among fellow educators around the pressing questions confronting Israel and the Jewish people.

She'arim entails:

A five-day intensive seminar in Israel
2 virtual workshops before the seminar and 6 following
Ongoing cohort building
Personalized work-plans and support

Israel Seminar: November 2nd-6th, 2025

Final date to apply: June 30st, 2025

The application will be reviewed by the steering committee. Applicants should expect a response by mid-July 2025.

This six-month program, which includes a 5-day seminar in Israel, strengthens heads of school's knowledge base, expands their tool kit, builds their confidence in navigating difficult conversations, and creates a supportive community of practice, facilitating collaboration among fellow heads of school around the pressing questions confronting Israel and the Jewish people.
