The time has come for us to add another color to our palate. In our ongoing search for ways to create passionate and sophisticated connections to Israel, we have decided that it is time for us to integrate Israeli arts more deeply into our work. Especially now, as Israel@60 approaches, we can turn to Israeli artists and to their work for inspiration.
 
During the week of December 10th-14th, we brought together fifty key individuals from throughout the Jewish community in North America whose work addresses the arts in the public sphere. Participants included film directors, JCC Arts and Culture directors, and committed lay leaders. The program and the feedback we received all reflect the conviction that Israeli arts offer a unique contribution to the vitality and vibrancy of Jewish life.
